Each year we make a call for new members. See below for specific year call. In general, applicants must:

  • Be an accredited institution
  • Have an EdD program or have necessary approvals to design and implement a professional doctoral program housed within a school, college, or department of education.

Additionally, applicants will submit an application packet including: 

  • A completed application  
  • Supporting materials as needed 
  • Letters of support 
  • Application fee of $300.00 
  • Applicants may be asked to participate in a 30-minute phone or video interview with the Executive Director, Board Member, or CPED Member Committee representative.

4Submit your completed application form and fee (Submission Form) by April 13. 

  • NOTE: The application and supplemental materials (no more than ten pages, with clear headings and page numbers) should be submitted as a single PDF online.
