Invitation to CPED Scholars: AACTE Holmes Program Preconference Call for Proposals
The AACTE is pleased to share the open call for proposals for the Holmes Preconference at AACTE’s 2024 Annual Meeting in Aurora/Denver, CO which will be held February 16 – 18, 2024. This is a great opportunity for CPED scholars to present amongst their peers of other doctoral students from across the country. There are various session types that scholars can choose from, including Roundtable, 3 Minute Thesis, Poster Session and Job Panel. The Dissertation Funding Competition session is reserved for Holmes Scholars only. The link below has a description of each session type and how to submit a proposal. CPED scholars may submit multiple proposals. The submission deadline is October 29, 2023.

An Open Call for Book Proposals on Global Teacher Education
The publishing firm Rowman & Littlefield is seeking to publish the best available knowledge for globalizing educator preparation programs.This series will serve that gap at a time when more educator preparation programs are seeking to diversify and globalize the experience of their future teachers. The series will also provide a “home” for those seeking to publish in these areas and read in these areas.
